Description

I’m so excited that this idea turned out so very well YAY!!!

Shawl Etta
“Shawl Etta” goes from scarf, to shawl, to cuffed shawlette. Lots of versatility in this creation. Body has ribbing compliments on each end, softened with an embellishment of lace. Then, button the ribbed cuffs and the shawlette drapes dramatically from side to side in varying positions during wear. The knit pattern stitch appears as a pattern that could have been knit horizontally or vertically, with a flowing dimensional texture.
Cuff lace is a relatively simple crochet stitch. Pattern included photo tutorials and an additional free tutorial on the magic formula How to Increase and Decrease Evenly Across A Row in Both Knit and Crochet.
